Face-Yoga
In this workshop at the home of somamed you will learn about the complex muscles of the face. Through targeted exercises, the muscles are strengthened, resulting in tighter and more defined contours. Gentle massages and relaxation exercises can drastically improve your appearance.
In addition, you will receive valuable tips from Ayurveda that positively affect health and beauty.
