Florian Wöss: A deep line

Vernissage with works from 20 years

Wöss Flo, born in 1981, discovered his passion for colors and shapes at a young age. Painting and drawing became constant companions early on and shaped his childhood as well as his youth.
youth. In the mid-1990s, he began to work intensively on canvas, developing a particular fondness for acrylic paints and varnishes.

A decisive moment followed in 2006: he presented his first exhibition in the "hallowed halls" of the legendary La Bohème in Linz's Domgasse - including a vernissage, curated and accompanied by Gerhard Aigner. After this initial success, the story took its course and numerous exhibitions followed in restaurants, galleries and at art fairs.

He is now celebrating his 20th exhibition anniversary in 2026. We are looking forward to a cozy and festive vernissage at Galerie Expuls. The evening will be accompanied by the 'Hounds of Silence' with classics from the 50s to the present day - stylishly in a semi-acoustic guise, who formed in the course of an exhibition by the artist in 2022.
