History comes alive this Sunday: A public guided tour in the town museum takes you through over 1000 years of development in Eisenstadt. The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through 19th century civic life, introduces key personalities and tells touching life stories - from Josef Werndl and Anton Bruckner to Marianne Kautsch and Dora Dunkl.
Accompanied by a cultural mediator, visitors discover the special features of the collection. The show features handicrafts made of wood, iron and textiles as well as a surprising variety of exhibits, including a mammoth tooth, bird specimens and knives from all over the world. In addition, visitors can learn more about the origins of the museum and its development to the present day, as well as the Innerberger Stadel itself and its history.
After the tour, visitors can go on their own discovery tour.
The tour lasts around 60 minutes and costs four euros plus admission.
Experience history up close - we look forward to your visit!
