This piano recital combines central works from the Romantic piano literature with selected preludes by a 20th century Ukrainian composer. The result is a program that juxtaposes different traditions and forms of piano expression - from lyrical concentration to great formal tension.

Roman Fediurko, whose playing has been described by critics as completely committed to the music, will perform at the piano. The pianist, born in Kiev in 2004, has won numerous international competitions and regularly performs on renowned stages and at international festivals. His interpretations are characterized by technical mastery, musical depth and great creative sensitivity.

An evening for all those who want to experience classical piano music from different musical traditions in a concentrated form.
