Long Night of the Museums

The Haslach museums will once again be taking part in the ORF Long Night of Museums in 2026, even though the Kaufmannsmuseum and the Museum Alter Turm are closed due to renovation and redesign measures.
In the Weaving Museum, there will be various educational stations where visitors can weave friendship bracelets, feel different materials or take a look inside their own clothes with a mobile microscope. A small "spinning room" will also be opened, where people from different cultures will be invited to share their familiar spinning techniques with others.
In the Mechanical Sound Factory, on the other hand, you can shake a leg and experience live music alternating with the self-playing music machines.
