Everyone knows them - everyone loves them - fresh pesto

There are five basic ingredients that make up a good pesto. We find the best herbs in the meadow and in the garden as a starting product for making this popular cheese sauce. We make pesto with a mortar and a blender.

At the same time, we work out possible variations and also get a taste of the variety of sweet pestos. After the workshop, we will taste the handmade pestos together with homemade bread.
