Traditionally, the starting signal for the gourmet fall at the Weisses Rössl is given with the legendary Game Weeks. From 23.09. to 22.10.2026, the gourmet cuisine at our Romantik Hotel on Lake Wolfgangsee is all about fine and surprising game creations. Head chef Hermann Poll and his fantastic team will once again impressively demonstrate just how varied game cuisine can be. The delicious dishes will be accompanied by matching wines from our cellar, carefully selected by our qualified sommeliers.

Whether enjoying a festive dinner on the terrace or relaxing by the lake, one thing is certain: game lovers will get their money's worth at the Rössl.

An exclusive 6-course menu is served on Poll's Kaiserterrasse, which impresses with its creativity and sophistication.

The lakeside restaurant spoils guests with two dishes created especially for the Game Weeks, seasonal, aromatic and stylishly presented.

Gourmets can also look forward to special game dishes as part of the half-board package, providing culinary variety.
