A gastrosophical treat: a delicious 5-course tavern menu paired with fantastic wines, celebrated in the best of company!

On April 11 , we welcome a special guest from Wagram in Lower Austria: the organic winery Söllner from Gösing am Wagram, run by Daniela Vigne and Toni Söllner.

The family-run winery has been working consistently organically and biodynamically for many years. The focus is on a respectful approach to nature and a holistic view of the farm, in which viticulture, agriculture and biodiversity work together. Wines with personality and expressiveness are created on the terraces and hills around Gösing.
