Guided hike on the Zwieselalm with cheese tasting at the Rottenhofhütte.
We start with the ascent with the Gosaukammbahn to the Zwieselalm 1470m. The Zwieselalm is an extensive alpine pasture area that stretches across 2 federal states.
Passing old alpine pastures, you head towards Gosaunetplatzerl, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain backdrop of the high Dachstein, Gosaukamm, Großglockner, Untersberg.......
At the Rottenhofhütte, there are 10 different types of cheese (hard cheese, soft cheese) to taste, such as homemade butter, sourdough bread and a whey.
The way back leads over a beautiful low moor back to the mountain station of the Gosaukammbahn.
