What originally began as a chamber music study project at the Bruckner University Linz has now established itself as a refreshingly professional trio on the path between tradition and modernity: Diatonic Expeditions! Styrian harmonica meets hammered dulcimer, harp, vocals and bass clarinet - original compositions meet music by Astor Piazzolla, George Gershwin, Elvis Presley and Nina Simone. Concert invitations have taken the trio throughout the Alps, to the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival and to New York City, Washington DC and Ottawa, Canada.
