The Roadlberg trails in the Mühlviertel are among the few professionally planned and legally designated mountain bike trail infrastructures in Upper Austria. The modern trail network offers ideal conditions for mountain bikers of all skill levels and stands for safe, sustainable and enjoyable trail riding.
On guided mountain bike tours, participants discover varied flow trails and technical passages, accompanied by experienced and certified guides. The tours are individually adapted to the riding ability of the group and are suitable for both beginners and advanced mountain bikers, including children and teenagers.
Basic mountain bike courses and riding technique training are offered for beginners. The focus is on cornering technique, braking technique, weight shifting, correct behavior on the trail and safety. In addition, there are trail building workshops where interested parties can acquire practical knowledge about sustainable trail building, trail maintenance and respectful treatment of nature.
The Roadlberg trails are optimally connected: Gastronomy, accommodation and a bike store are located directly on site and offer ideal conditions for breaks, bike service, equipment advice and longer stays in the Mühlviertel.
Special attention is paid to teaching safe mountain bike riding techniques, which not only bring clear advantages on the trail, but also in everyday cycling traffic and in potentially dangerous situations.
The offers are suitable for mountain bikes and e-bikes and offer an ideal introduction to the world of trail riding as well as new challenges for experienced bikers.

We work exclusively with UpperTrails certified guides, bike schools and trainers. Please note that offers with other providers on the trails are held without legal basis, as well as without insurance (!) and without agreement with the local mountain bike community.

Technical courses and guided tours can be booked for individuals and groups. The prices depend on the respective guide. Exact prices and offers are calculated individually or are based on wishes, ideas, duration and number of people and are discussed in advance.
As a rule, the following guideline applies:
- 2 hours private or individual riding technique training: € 139,-
- for each additional person + € 10
- 4 hours private or riding technique training: € 139,-
- for each additional person + € 10
- Half-day group courses and guiding (approx. 3 hours) from € 45,-/person
- Group courses and full-day guiding (approx. 6 hours) from € 80/person

The trails were developed in-house by the local bike community. They are therefore unfortunately not suitable for aMTBs (adaptive MTBs, trike bikes, etc.).
