What makes me tick?

You know how it is - family arguments over and over again, the children balk, don't accept our recommendations, retreat to their room, OFF, no more learning, the good mood is gone as so often, but it's mostly about unfulfilled basic needs, but if you know yourself better and thus recognize others, you've already taken a big step - how do you get out of it?
