Artist Talk with Archbishop Josef Grünwidl - International Harnoncourt Festival 2027
Artist Talk with Archbishop Josef Grünwidl
Saturday, May 1, 2027, 6:00 p.m.
Nikolaus Harnoncourt Hall, St. Georgen State Music School
A special highlight of the festival is the artist talk with Archbishop Josef Grünwidl, a great admirer of Nikolaus Harnoncourt. As a trained concert organist, he combines his passion for music with his pastoral ministry.
His motto, “Take God’s melody into your hearts,” powerfully expresses the special significance of music in his life and ministry. Look forward to personal insights and inspiring reflections on music, faith, and the legacy of Nikolaus Harnoncourt.
