A church choir on the wrong track? - That's right! Because from time to time, the Spital choir is gripped by the irrepressible desire to leave church-related paths and tread somewhat unorthodox paths paved with all kinds of mischief and capers.

At the choir concert in Fasching, the troupe under Otto Sulzer's direction meanders between folk songs and musicals, pop songs and schmaltzy tunes, fills up on delightful instrumental pieces, refreshes itself with absurdity in between and makes many a pearl of choral literature shine.
Twice in one day - if only, then only - the choir members and their conductor exhaust the entire sound spectrum and pull out all the stops in this double concert.
