Der Nino aus Wien, Austrian songwriter and literary figure, shapes the German-speaking music scene with his unique sound and "Hirschstettner Soul". He performs throughout the German-speaking area, from Arena Wien to the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. He has been nominated for the Amadeus Austrian Music Award more than seven times and won in 2016 in the category of "Alternative Pop/Rock."

The AusWienBand has remained unchanged since 2009: Der Nino aus Wien (guitar, voice) Raphael Sas (guitar, keys, voice), pauT (bass, clarinet, voice), David Wukitsevits (drums, voice). Nino has achieved numerous chart placements, several number one hits in the FM4 charts, also writes music for theater, and co-curated the Vienna Popfest in 2018. He has been described by Falter as "the best young songwriter in the country" and "the Bob Dylan of Praterstern." Nino and his music have become a part of Viennese identity.
