When it gets cold outside, the screen flickers inside again:

The Otelo Goisern starts its new winter cinema season at the beginning of November.
Once again this year, a varied film program has been selected - from comedies to family films, from quiet poetry to socially critical wit.

To the movie:
Comedy about advertising manager and family man Heinz Hellmich (Jan Josef Liefers), who is trying to save his job. With a politically correct dinner, he tries to prove to his boss and guests that he is not an "old white man" in the negative sense. But social facades quickly crumble and old conflicts come to light.

Times are sensitive. Family man Heinz Hellmich has to painfully realize this when he is threatened with losing his job after a few clumsy missteps at work. To prove that he is not an "old white man", he invites his boss and other guests to his home for dinner. Together with his family, he wants to present himself from his best and most modern side! But as soon as he starts organizing the evening, Heinz starts getting into trouble and discovers that his wife Carla, his children and Grandpa Georg don't exactly radiate pure harmony. When, after much turbulence, everyone finally sits down at the same table, the politically correct façade quickly begins to crumble...
