What to expect: We gather around a fire pit. It is a place of connection, a protected space that invites us to pause.
Together we sing to the sound of drums and rattles.
Through the transformative power of fire, we let go of what no longer belongs to us, strengthen our life energy, and
thank and honor Mother Earth. Duration approx. 1 ¼ hours.

FIRE
Fire consumes everything it touches. Its flames remind us of the transience of all being and how quickly situations can turn around.
Warm your hands and heart at your inner fire. Let it burn away all your woes, all your pains and worries. If your life has become rigid and energyless, too cold or too superficial, light a candle or make a campfire, and hand over to the flames everything that has become rigid and painful. Throw it into the fire so it can quickly transform into something else.
Completely surrendering to the energy of fire equates to complete transformation, like the phoenix rising from the ashes.
