War for AI Talent – How AI is fundamentally changing the way we work

The Young AI Leaders Linz event brings top international and national representatives from big tech, consulting, research, start-ups and politics to the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

The event will focus on the pressing questions surrounding the future of work in the age of AI. It will discuss how artificial intelligence is changing existing job profiles and career paths and what new roles are emerging as a result. A particular focus will be on the competencies and skills that will be crucial over the next ten years in order to be successful in an increasingly technology-driven environment. Strategies on how companies can attract and retain the best AI talent in the face of global competition will also be examined. Finally, the role of universities, companies and politics in building a future-proof workforce that makes Europe internationally competitive will also be discussed.
