Enjoy the finest cuisine from our region.
We source regional venison and chamois meat from the Stadler butcher shop in Grünau, a partner of “Schmecktakuläres Almtal.” Roe deer meat comes from the Pettenbach Hunting Association. The wild boar meat comes from Upper Austria.
Each dish comes with a wine recommendation as well as a beer recommendation from the Almtal Natural Brewery, also a partner of “Schmecktakuläres Almtal.”
