Pilates & Yoga Day Retreat at Mondsee Castle

A change of pace, a breath of fresh air. It often only takes one day. Exercise, relaxation, time for yourself, connection. A time-out for you. Without (or optionally: with an overnight stay at the Schlosshotel Mondsee at a special price) packing your suitcase. Build up strength inside and out.

You can experience all of this at our exclusive day retreat at the Schlosshotel Mondsee. A unique day awaits you, starting with an activating Pilates class (all levels). Afterwards, a delicious brunch in the hotel restaurant and an exclusive time-out in the hotel's own spa await you. We end our day retreat with a relaxing yoga session.

After this day, you will feel regenerated, in balance and full of new energy.

This is what your day at the day retreat looks like:

• From approx. 8.30 am - arrive, drink tea and immerse yourself in slowing down.
• 09.00 - 10.15 a.m. - Pilates session and meditation. Awaken your life energy and inner strength.
• 10.15 - 12.00 - Brunch in the hotel's own restaurant. Pure indulgence with everything your culinary heart desires.
• 12.30 - 15.00 - Time for yourself. After breakfast, immerse yourself in the special world of the Monasterium Spa. Relax in silence and feel how you become more and more balanced.
• 15.00 - 15.30 - A culinary afternoon snack strengthens you for the rest of the program.
• 15.30 - 17.00 - Yoga and mediation. Experience deep relaxation and balance at the end of the day.

A special highlight is the exclusive time-out in the special world of the Monasterium Spa. A place of tranquillity opens up within the old monastery walls: with a fine vaulted swimming pool, Finnish sauna, bio-sauna and infrared cabin. The relaxation room and the exclusive Silence Room with Physiotherm loungers invite you to relax. The sauna directly in front of an 800-year-old monastery wall is an extraordinary experience - an interplay of history and well-being that touches body and soul in equal measure.
