This workshop series, inspired by the natural rhythms of the seasons, combines movement, dance, creativity and well-being to experience the unique energy of each season on a deeper level. Let yourself be carried by the spontaneous, vibrant dance movements of summer. All you need is curiosity, openness and the joy of moving to the rhythm of the seasons.
