What is a pride parade?
A Pride parade is a rally for LGBTQIA+ rights (= rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual people and people who support them). Since the 1960s, such rallies have been held to promote diversity in society and mutual respect.
Who goes to a Pride Parade?
Basically anyone who supports the idea of an open-minded, peaceful and respectful society. You will meet friends, neighbors, colleagues, young people, old and new acquaintances and other guests.
