Start the day with Qi Gong by the lake: Each Saturday from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. at the Seefeld / Steinbach lido on July 12, July 26, August 23 and August 30.
Qi Gong is a Chinese art of movement that combines gentle movements, breathing and meditation.
