MORNING YOGA by the lake with Steffy

Every Saturday (from July 5) you can yoga with Steffy on the jetty of the Upper Austrian Weyregg Landesbad and get the perfect start to a chilled weekend.
We start with a light warm-up, welcome the sun, recharge our batteries and relax in Shavasana.

EVERY Saturday in July/August (only in good weather)
8.00 - 9.00 am

WHERE: Weyregg public swimming pool (on the jetty)

What do you need?
Grab your yoga mat, possibly a towel and swimwear to cool down afterwards, water bottle if needed

Cost: €15 cash on site or with an existing block card

No registration is necessary, but please check your Insta account @nama.see and Steffy's status (+43 664 5667500) before you get in the car.

TIP:
You can park next to the fire station in Weyregg and then just walk down to the lake (5 min. walk) where you can park for free for 3 hours! Another option: combine your morning yoga class with a day at the lake!
