Enjoyable visiting performances at Lake Traunsee - Three concepts, two locations, one experience
After last year's pop-up at Höllerwirt was a huge hit, the creative team led by Markus Höller and Tim Urban is starting a new chapter in the Salzkammergut this year. Guests can look forward to three different guest appearances – from the avant-garde production ‘Elements’ to sophisticated Chinese fine dining and casual Asian beach food.
23 July – 17 August: Wednesday to Saturday at Gut Lebenberg from 7 p.m.
The ‘Elements’ menu – a culinary homage to the four elements of water, air, earth and fire. For his home game on Lake Traunsee, Markus Höller has developed creative, sophisticated compositions, which he will present at Gut Lebenberg.
The wine list, curated with great care by Lorenzo Ursi and Tim Urban, combines exceptional beverage accompaniments with a selection of exquisite wines full of character.
Exciting aperitifs and long drinks on the lounge terrace set the mood for ‘Elements’; innovative digestif cocktails are mixed to round off the evening.
| From 5 p.m. Aperitif on the lounge terrace | 7.30 p.m. – Start of the ‘Elements’ menu in the Reiterstube | 11 p.m. – Finale in the lounges and farm shop
