After 42 years at "his" Rudigier organ, cathedral organist Wolfgang Kreuzhuber is taking his (un)retirement. His work will be honored with the two-part format "OrgelKlangLeben", which combines the central pillars of his musical work: liturgy and concert. The finale as a total work of art consisting of music, art and dance is based on the guiding principle of "OrganArtDialogue".
Musical host Wolfgang Kreuzhuber has decided on a different kind of farewell concert and intends to present a cross-section of his concert work at the cathedral under the motto "OrganArtDialogue". The evening, moderated by Martina Noll, will feature various art forms by the host and his companions Ben van Oosten and Brett Leighton on the organ, Edith "Eche" Wregg with art and Shirin Farshbaf with dance. An evening as versatile as cathedral organist Kreuzhuber - with music from Johann Sebastian Bach to Louis Vierne and Charles-Marie Widor to an improvisation by Wolfgang Kreuzhuber.Domplatz 1, 4020 Linz
