Community Hiking Day - Engelhartszell Hikes the "Adventure Trail - Boundlessly Sustainable"

The event is part of the “Hiking Brings People Together” series. Hiking adventures invite participants to discover the Danube region of Upper Austria together. The focus is on experiencing nature, regional highlights, culinary delights, and exploring the hospitable communities together.

We’ll set off together at 1:00 p.m. —with an official opening and welcome right at the trailhead. That’s also where you’ll find the hiking passport: Anyone who participates in four “Hiking Brings People Together” events can look forward to a surprise prize. After all, exploring together isn’t just about building connections—it should also be rewarded.

• Along the way, Karin Wundsam will provide information about the planned stops on the sustainability loop trail
• 4:00 p.m.: Abbey tour including a visit to the library led by Friedrich Bernhofer, chairman of the association “Culture and Tourism on the Danube in Engelhartszell”: Meeting point: Abbey gate
