The small wooden chapel on the Steyrsteg was probably built around 1850 and renovated in summer 2021. The chapel was rededicated in 2022 and the idea was born to gather here again every year to celebrate a May devotion. The Steyrsteg Chapel is located in the middle of the Kalkalpen National Park and is a wonderful place to worship together and linger afterwards.
