In this workshop, we will show you what you can do in winter. In winter, we give ourselves and our loved ones the gift of delicious provisions and homemade products from nature. We'll show you how you can conjure up culinary highlights from your lovingly fermented supplies and what you can do with evergreen trees and branches from nature.

What to expect:

♡ Welcome drink and supply of fermented drinks throughout the day

♡ Cooking workshop "How fermentistas cook" with regional organic vegetables, wild herbs and fermented foods

♡ Walk in nature with lots of information about evergreen trees and branches
