Summer Special: Built from Sand

This summer, the “coolest showroom in town” will transform into a sand landscape that visitors can help shape.

In the KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd showroom, a room-filling installation is taking shape that evokes associations with the beach, the sea, and vacation. This summer special ties in with the annual theme, “PRACTICE.” With plenty of sand and simple tools, sandcastles, landscapes, and entire sand worlds
. The space becomes a place for interaction, play, and concentration. This program is open to individuals and groups and can be used in two ways: as a guided session led by the KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd team, or as an open space for independent use—for example, for a creative summer evening with friends.
