Theater: The paternity trial of the carpenter Joseph (GERMAN ONLY)

This year, the Kunstbrettl AGe is performing the satirical comedy "Der Vaterschaftsprozess des Zimmermanns Joseph" by Ephraim Kishon under the direction of Wolfgang Ebner.

What happens when carpenter Joseph suddenly has doubts and wants to know who the father of little Jesus really is? Without further ado, he takes the case to court - and sues none other than God himself for paternity and maintenance payments.

Illustrious witnesses appear in this turbulent courtroom comedy: the archangel Gabriel, the Magi, the evangelists and even the devil. Between heavenly testimonies, earthly misunderstandings and biting humor, a witty and provocative satire on faith, tradition and human logic unfolds.

Look forward to an entertaining evening of theater full of wordplay, surprising twists and turns and a tongue-in-cheek perspective on one of the most famous stories in the world.
