From May, there will be a new 'sharing concept' at Hanslmann!
After much demand, they are finally taking the plunge: chef and host Gina Brandlmayr & Alexi Pelekanos cook together and share their dishes full of colour, richness and flavour.
The recipes can then be easily recreated at home or shared with family and friends. #cookinghanslmann
What would we like to show you?
Nothing complicated, mainly vegetarian cuisine.
Gina's porridge, crispbread, antipasti, condiments, roasted, roasted and pickled vegetables, mushroom dumplings, Bombay potatoes, salads, Chile crisp, smoked fish with homemade sauces and flavours.
Alexi's Greek yoghurt with roasted fresh fruit and caramelised sesame crunch, whey flade, sheep's cheese prepared in various ways, pitaroudia, stuffed tomato gemista, dolmades (stuffed vine leaves with leaves picked from Gina's garden), fasolakia.
A few stories from childhood, cooking & travelling - and of course a long table where everyone comes together at the end.
