In the midst of the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Wolfgangsee, we will prepare a menu together that perfectly showcases the fresh flavors of spring. Look forward to delicious dishes based around fresh asparagus, sweet strawberries, tender lamb and veal as well as delicate fish, products that reflect the variety and freshness of spring.
