The focus is on the powerhouse - the core muscles. The deep muscles in particular are effectively addressed with small, targeted movements.

Pilates increases physical strength, flexibility and coordination, improves concentration and promotes general well-being. It helps to manage stress, improve performance, relieve headaches and back pain and strengthen the immune system.
