Movement in the fresh air is good for the body. We need it to stay healthy and fit.

It's also beneficial for our mind to leave the confines of our four walls and be able to look out into the distance.

The soul needs to be acknowledged with its needs and desires.

During the Spiriwalk, body, mind, and soul come together.

We walk in the wonderful nature around Bad Hall, receive a spiritual impulse, and allow it to sink in quietly within us, only to then settle in through walking and conversations with others.
