Afterwork: Aschermittwoch

On Ash Wednesday, we ring in Lent with a culinary feast—an evening full of creativity, flavor, and lightness. We start with an amuse-bouche, followed by family-style appetizers. Then we serve the main course and dessert—fresh, refined, and prepared with love.

The focus is, of course, on fine fish dishes, which are served fresh and artfully combined, complemented by traditional Lenten dishes that are light and simply delicious.
