On this hike through shady beech forests and light meadows, we not only discover the strong scent of wild garlic, but also learn about other edible wild plants. We look at the correct harvesting methods, talk about the dangers of similar species and discuss possible uses in the kitchen. The "Roas" is an invitation to experience nature in a practical way, to identify wild plants safely and to enjoy the diversity of our local flora.
