Advent market in the district retirement home

On Saturday, November 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Bad Hall District Senior Living Center will be transformed into a festive place filled with the joy of the holiday season.

The traditional Advent market offers visitors the chance to experience the festive atmosphere with all their senses. Numerous vendors from the region have signed up to showcase their handmade goods and culinary specialties. From ornate Christmas decorations to handmade jewelry and cozy winter accessories—everyone will find the perfect gift for their loved ones here. The residents of the senior living facility are especially proud of their own creations, which they’ve crafted with great dedication over the past few weeks. The seniors’ booth will feature lovingly handmade items for sale. The in-house kitchen will provide refreshments, treating guests to hearty bratwurst, crispy raclette bread, and sweet treats. A highlight for young visitors (and, of course, animal lovers) will be the mini Shetland ponies visiting the Advent market. These fluffy four-legged friends are sure to put a smile on more than just the children’s faces. Everyone is invited to spend a wonderful day at the Bad Hall District Senior Citizens’ Home and get into the spirit of this festive time of year.
