Crystal singing bowl workshop

In the crystal singing bowl workshop "Herzensklang & Herbstklang", you will experience the soothing effect of crystal singing bowls, whose gentle vibrations act like a singing bowl meditation and bring body, mind and soul into harmony. During this special sound journey, you will immerse yourself in harmonious sounds that help you to let go of stress, find inner peace and strengthen your own mindfulness. The sounds promote deep relaxation, support regeneration and give you new energy - a valuable time-out that will strengthen your well-being in the long term.
