Kesselheisse is available every Thursday morning. Fresh sausages straight from the kettle, picked up in the butcher's shop.
The sausages are then served in the guest room, accompanied by mustard, fresh horseradish, a pastry and a drink.
If Thursday falls on a public holiday, the fresh sausages are sold on Wednesday.
