The sensitive playing style of alphorn music forms the basis for the quartet of Linz alphorn players. Christmas sounds, traditional alphorn tunes but also more modern rhythms fill Linz Cathedral Square on this afternoon. Following performances by the Linz alphorn players in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, visitors to Linz Cathedral Square can enjoy this rarity during Advent.
