Drum journeys - on the way to your own rhythm

The drum journey is the most well-known tool in shamanism. By means of a steady drum rhythm of 80 to 120 beats per minute and the vibration of the drum, body and mind gently immerse themselves in a deep relaxation - similar to a natural state of falling asleep. This stimulates the sensory channels and a journey inward can begin. Each drum journey brings about a balance of the brain hemispheres and regulates the nervous system on a physical level, allowing things to be sorted out and clarified in the subconscious. No prior knowledge is required!
