“Salt in the soup”
A very special experience awaits you in the Genussufer during the month of indulgence from April 1 to May 1 under the theme “Salt and Fish”. Enjoy the finest Attersee wild-caught nuggets with homemade tartar sauce and lemon salt, smoked fish with chips, homemade mayo and pink onions or Attersee wild-caught fillet steamed in lemon and herb salt with parsnip, caper and lemon butter, potatoes and mustard caviar and, for a sweet finish, a dark chocolate tart with tahini cream, salted caramel and berries.

Pleasure menu:

To start, there is a crusty bread, an Attersee smoked fish spread with homemade fish salt and whipped butter with Bad Ischl salt flakes.
As an appetizer, they offer homemade tacos with Attersee Reinanke pickled in herb salt, lentils and cilantro.
For all fish lovers, they transform fresh Attersee pike into baked pike pockets with salt lemon, lovage salt fries and herb chili mayo.
Finally, it's "sweet and salty." A warm chocolate brownie with organic salted caramel ice cream from Reiseckers Eismanufaktur in Regau is served.
Salt can make you quite thirsty, so a lovely fresh lemon water with mint, lemon slices and ginger can be found on our drinks menu. They also offer the special salt beer from the Bierschmiede in Steinbach am Attersee.
