Women's Healing Circle - My Weight in Balance

We are all constantly exposed to the topic of "food". In order to get excessive eating under control, diets are started, but then they often cannot be kept up or lead to cravings. A cycle begins. We take time in the evenings to understand and resolve the processes and patterns behind eating behavior. You can join at any time, after the first non-binding get-to-know date, the minimum participation is another 5 dates.
