Ski tour Rosskarkogel

Easy, less well-known tour in the Grossarl Valley

The starting point is Hüttschlag, from there it goes along a forest path to the Hubalm and across alpine meadows and through a forest belt to the Hinterkaseralm. We climb to the summit via a wide cirque. It is a technically easy ascent of approx. 3.5 hours, 1150 m altitude and a distance of approx. 8 km.

Requirements:
Difficulty easy - only conditional requirements.

Required equipment:
Complete ski touring equipment (ski touring skis with skins, crampons, avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel)
