Guided meditation with singing bowls and monochord

Let yourself be carried away from everyday life in a guided meditation. Accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls and a monochord, you can calm down and recharge your batteries. The meditation on a selected theme takes place on the floor, either sitting or lying down, once a month.
