Welcome to the online registration!
Start: July 11 at 3:00 p.m.
Late registration: 11:00 - 12:00
Race number distribution: from 11:00 - 14:30
Bike course: approx. 15km selective mountain bike course
Only mountain bikes with helmets are allowed !!! Attention - the STVO applies!
Running course: approx. 4.5km flat, slightly hilly
Conditions of participation: Anyone aged 16 and over is eligible to participate.
After the award ceremony: Celebration for a good cause with musical accompaniment.

A duathlon relay consists of two people. Each relay participant must pay the entry fee listed!
ATTENTION: THE ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS ON JULY 10TH AT 12:00 NOON!!!
Start number distribution from 11.00 - 14.30 clock
bike course: approx. 15 km selective mountain bike course
