Waltz-drunk and confident, young conductor Matthias Achleitner and his Upper Austrian Philharmonic Orchestra set off musical fireworks for the fourth time at the brilliant New Year's Eve and New Year's Day concert in the magnificent concert hall of the Palais Linz.
