Guided tour of the Hingerer cheese dairy

We have a silage-free grassland farm with dairy farming and our own offspring. Some of the organic milk is processed into mountain cheese and farm cheese in the company's own dairy.

The farm is located between Mondsee and Zell am Moos. Some of the organic milk is processed into mountain cheese and farm cheese in the company's own dairy. The mountain cheese gets its mildly spicy aroma after a maturation period of approx. 6-8 months.

every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m.
Duration approx. 1 hour followed by a cheese tasting
