6/24 h Grieskirchner Radmarathon

The 24-hour cycling marathon Grieskirchen always takes place on the first weekend of July. Austria's most popular bike race lasts 24 hours and will next take place from July 5-6, 2025. The 21.5 km long circuit leads through the charming hilly landscape of the Vitalwelt Bad Schallerbach holiday region.
173 elevation meters have to be overcome. It may not sound like much, but the racers accomplish almost superhuman feats, as the goal is to complete as many laps as possible within 24 hours - alone or in a team. In total, the participants pedal over 200,000 road kilometers, consume over half a ton of bananas, and enjoy the company of more than 10,000 spectators who are offered a diverse accompanying program.
